WHO DELIVERS IT

We’ve done the job, and we’ve taught it.

Every program is designed and led by Deanna Nott and Dr Kate Ames, two serving senior military public affairs officers who have worked side by side in defence communication for 20 years. Between them they’ve spent more than 50 years training people in Defence, government, universities and business. They’re backed by a small team of experienced facilitators and media specialists, so there’s always a senior person in the room.

KATE AMES · TEACHING RECOGNITION

Recognised for student learning.

In 2015, Kate received an Australian Awards for University Teaching Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning for applying professional communication expertise to improve students’ learning experience.

Central Queensland University was her institution at the time of the award. This is teaching recognition, not a review of a Wings program.
